I’m Diana Miranda, a holistic nutritionist dedicated to helping women find balance, energy, and confidence through tailored nutrition and emotional healing. With a background in metabolic balance, nutritional medicine and a deep passion for women’s wellness, I create customised nutrition strategies that nourish not just your body, but your entire being. I know firsthand what it’s like to feel out of sync with your body. I’ve walked the path of weight struggles, navigated the ups and downs of menopause and felt the overwhelming pressure of juggling it all — mother, wife, daughter, friend and healer.
For years, I battled anorexia and bulimia, trapped in a cycle of restriction, self-doubt and guilt around food. No matter how much I tried to control my body, I still felt disconnected, exhausted and stuck.
It wasn’t until I discovered the Metabolic Balance® lifestyle that everything finally clicked. For the first time, I learned how to trust my body — to eat the right foods for me, regulate my metabolism, my nervous system and break free from the emotional patterns and self-sabotaging behaviours that had kept me stuck for so long.
I also uncovered how stress, emotional trauma, metabolic imbalances, sugar cravings and subconscious blocks were deeply connected to my struggles with food and weight. These hidden drivers — like resistance to try new things and deep-seated beliefs that kept me stuck — played a major role in my cycle of self-sabotage.
Through this journey, I learned that true wellness isn’t just about what you eat, it’s about finding harmony between your heart, body, mind and soul. I also learned to ditch the scales and shift my focus to how I feel within myself — physically, emotionally and mentally.
It’s about recalibrating my body and energy, using my intuition to bring in the tools I need to find balance and trusting that my body knows what it needs.
By embracing personalised nutrition, holistic healing and emotional care, I rebuilt my relationship with my body, let go of guilt, embraced self-love and finally felt at peace with food.
